In our last blog (link blog name) we covered some of our go-to ingredients and skincare best practices, but now we need to talk about some lifestyle habits crucial to achieving the clean, healthy-looking complexion you deserve - no fancy facials or millions of products needed!   1. Hydrate Like a Pro

We all know water is good for us, but it's a game-changer for your skin too! When you're dehydrated, your skin can overproduce oil, leading to clogged pores and – you guessed it – breakouts. Aim for the recommended 8 glasses of water daily and bonus points for carrying a reusable water bottle and having it by your side all day!

  1. Sleep is Your BFF

Those late-night study sessions or movie marathons might seem fun, but skipping out on sleep can wreak havoc on your skin. When you sleep, your body repairs itself (and helps offset inflammatory response - aka a major contributor to acne), including your skin, so aim for 7-8 hours of shut-eye each night. Plus, you'll feel more energized and ready to take on the day (and slay those selfies).

  1. Sweat it Out, But Clean it Up
