How to use

1. Start with clean, dry skin (after The Super Cleanse of course!) (AM or PM)
2. Soak a cotton round or shake a quarter-sized amount directly into the palm of your hand
3. Sweep or over (or press in to) face and neck avoiding the eye area
4. Move on to the next step in your routine – The Simple Shield (AM) or The Moon Dream (PM)

PRO-TIP: New to exfoliants? Start slow by alternating usage days before working your way up!

Toners are a great way to help bring your skin barrier and pH back to balance after cleansing while lifting any additional impurities that may have been left behind. With The Clean Sweep, you’re also getting a little bit of gentle exfoliation and pore refinement as an added bonus!

Is this good for sensitive skin?

Yes! Even though it provides some gentle exfoliation, The Clean Sweep is packed with skin-supportive ingredients like balancing Kombucha and soothing Niacinamide (great for visible redness!) making it a great choice for all skin types - even sensitive. If you’re on the SUPER sensitive side, or haven’t used chemical exfoliants like Glycolic Acid before, try incorporating any new additions to your routine 1x per day at first before increasing usage. 

Is it going to tingle or burn since it has acids?

Though The Clean Sweep is packed with calmers & soothers, everyone's skin is unique and that may result in some “tingling” with any new product(s) being incorporated into a routine - especially if newer to chemical exfoliants like Glycolic Acid. One way to ease into new products is to do a patch test first and if all goes well, start usage at 1-3x per week before increasing the frequency of use!

Ok to exfoliate every day?

When it’s gentle, yes! Proper exfoliation is a great way to keep buildup from forming on the surface of skin that can later result in dullness, texture and even breakouts. While we wouldn’t recommend an aggressive scrub or peel every day, something like The Clean Sweep is a perfect way to gently refine your skin daily for a fresh, healthy-looking glow that won’t leave skin stressed-out!
